Our experience at the hotel left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was disappointingly slow, which affected our ability to stay connected during our trip. the room, while clean, felt a bit cramped for our family, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

Exceptional service and comfort

We had a wonderful stay with incredibly helpful staff who made our trip smooth from start to finish. The room was spotless and provided all the essentials for a comfortable night, including convenient tea and coffee facilities. Access to Gatwick was seamless, and we loved the personalized touches from the hosts, especially their assistance with taxi arrangements. carrying luggage up the stairs was somewhat challenging, and a lift would greatly enhance the experience.

I recently stayed at Villa Verde while catching an early flight from Gatwick. The check-in process was super easy. they provided the door code via email before my arrival. I appreciated the tea tray in the room, especially after walking in the rain, and the toiletries were a thoughtful touch. One downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm during the night. the TV was positioned awkwardly for comfortable viewing from bed. I'd highly recommend this spot for its value and cleanliness. Very pleased with my stay overall!

Nice touch with the complimentary water and towels. Perfect for a quick stay before heading to the airport, just a few minutes away.

great base for exploring parks and local eateries

During my stay, I was delighted by the warm and welcoming staff who ensured all my needs were met, while the room was spotlessly clean, making it a comfy retreat after a day of exploring nearby sights, like the Riverside Garden Park just over 1 km away and the charming New Fort Raj, only a few steps away for a delightful meal.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the delicious English breakfast and the cozy seating area to unwind. The tranquil garden and the immaculate room made it the perfect spot to kick back and relax after a long day. The only hiccup was that I had to return my car key at check-in, but it all worked out fine, so I’d say go for the breakfast! 😊

Comfortable beds, spotless bathroom, with plenty of tea, coffee, and milk provided, makes for a relaxing stay, especially with the added benefit of free wi-fi and proximity to a train station for easy exploration of the area.

After a long journey, I was surprised by how comfy the beds were and how clean everything looked. I loved the little area to enjoy tea and coffee. The nice garden was perfect for some relaxation. The only small downside was that the elevator was for luggage only, but it was no biggie. 😊

Had a fantastic time with friends! The room was comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. We loved exploring nearby golf courses and the Gatwick Aviation Museum. Breakfast was nice, but we had to miss it on our departure day. a great place!
